After assessing your request, our team decides on the most appropriate solution, which may be a replacement or a full refund. If it is confirmed that the problem happened during shipping or before delivery, Mubso covers any related return or replacement shipping costs.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
