Mubso is powered by Shopify, which makes it possible for us to provide the Services to you.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Mubso reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Mubso confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before an order can be accepted. Please check your order carefully before submitting it, because Mubso may not be able to honor cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. If we do not accept an order, or if we change or cancel one, we will try to let you know by using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number you gave when placing the order.
Your purchases can only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price you are charged for a product or service is the price in effect when the order is placed, and it is stated in your order confirmation email. We are not liable for delays in shipping or delivery. Every delivery time is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Once we hand products over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, although a failure to notify you promptly will not release you from your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced by it.
