Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 8–16 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on where you are.

After assessing your request, our team decides on the most appropriate solution, which may be a replacement or a full refund. If it is confirmed that the problem happened during shipping or before delivery, Mubso covers any related return or replacement shipping costs.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Please note that, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take extra time for the refunded amount to show in your account.
